Custom Branded Displays
Simulator displays are fully customizable with your company logo, event branding, or product visuals. Every lap your audience drives is branded to you.
Staffed and Coached
Grid Lounge staff attend every activation to handle setup, run the experience, and coach drivers through their sessions. Your team focuses on the event. We handle the racing.

We Handle Everything
Equipment, travel, setup
We load up to two professional simulators into our trailer and bring them directly to your venue. Setup takes approximately one hour. Sims roll into place on casters, we plug everything in, test it, and we are ready to go. No venue prep required on your end.

We run the show
Our team manages the entire experience on-site. We brief drivers, coach them through their sessions, manage the leaderboard, and keep the energy going all day. You get all the engagement, none of the logistics.

Straightforward day rates.
Day rates below are for equipment, staffing, and operation. Travel and lodging expenses are additional and calculated based on event location. We currently serve events from Detroit to Denver.
